- (KOTA PRO) settings: 280 degrees top and bottom; 7 second prepress of hat; 35-40 Seconds with 6 pressure; 1/8" Foam; Let cool for 15+ minutes

Custom embroidered, PVC and other style patches available with minimum orders. These custom faux leather patches have no minimum order.
How to order your custom engraved patches:
- Choose your backing: Kota Heat Transfer Adhesive (for iron on and commericial heat press application) or Velcro backing (with hook velcro backing for tactical bags, etc; Velcro for rectangle shaped patches only, up to 1 or 2" tall)
- Choose your size: The price of the custom patches is determined by the size, and we have several Size Groups. Choose the Size that is just above the size of your final patch
- Enter Exact Dimensions (optional): Enter the exact size of final patch if needed. If your art is to size, skip this field. If you only know one size (ie, 3" wide, just enter that)
- Choose to upload art or enter text. Use our template for ideas if needed.
