Nothing's more frustrating than ordering patches for your business or personal gear, only to watch them curl, peel, or disappear completely after the first wash. Your customers complain. Your hat inventory becomes worthless. Or worse-that memorial patch honoring a fallen officer or veteran falls off during wear. Our premium PVC flag patches solve this with professional-grade heat-activated adhesive backing. Apply them permanently in 20-30 seconds using any heat press-or even a home iron for personal projects. The advanced polyvinyl chloride construction delivers raised 3D detail that won't fade, crack, or peel. Waterproof and UV-resistant, these patches look crisp and professional through years of outdoor wear, rain, sweat, and repeated washing. For Business Users (embroidery shops, hat sellers, custom apparel companies): Get consistent, reliable application every single time. No more customer complaints about peeling patches. No specialized sewing required. Just heat, press, and deliver professional results your customers will love. Great for hats and bags and luggage and more. For Home Users: Transform any hat, jacket, backpack, or tactical gear into a personalized statement piece. Simple home iron application takes just minutes-no sewing skills needed. Quality Details:

Production & Delivery Same-day to next-day shipping on in-stock patches. Need custom designs or bulk quantities? 2-5 business day turnaround for volume orders. HEAT PRESS INSTRUCTIONS:
Stahl's Hotronix Fusion IQ 360:
• Top Platen Temp: 280
• Bottom Platen Temp: MAX
• Dwell Time: 20-30 Seconds (start on lower end first)
• Pressure: Medium-High Pressure
Tips/Tricks: Press the bottom of the patch (adhesive side) against the top or
bottom platen of the heat press (paper still attached to the adhesive) for 5-7
seconds. This will help activate the adhesive before pressing allowing for
better overall activation and aiding in the pre-placement of the patch onto
the hat.
• Top Platen Temp: 280-300 (Confirm temp with heat gun)
• Bottom Platen Temp: MAX
• Dwell Time: 20-30 Seconds (start on lower end first)
• Pressure: Medium-High Pressure
Tips/Tricks: Press the bottom of the patch (adhesive side) against the top or
bottom platen of the heat press (paper still attached to the adhesive) for 5-7
seconds. This will help activate the adhesive before pressing allowing for
better overall activation and aiding in the pre-placement of the patch onto
the hat.
Generic Single-Heated Platen Hat Press:
• Top Platen Temp: 280-300 (Confirm temp with heat gun)
• Dwell Time (FIRST PRESS): 20-30 Seconds (start on lower end first)
• Dwell Time (SECOND PRESS): 20-30 Seconds (second press allows for the
top of the patch to cool down and not melt under the consistently high top
heat being applied)
• Pressure: High Pressure
Tips/Tricks: Press the bottom of the patch (adhesive side) against the top
platen of the heat press (paper still attached to the adhesive) for 5-7
seconds. This will help activate the adhesive before pressing allowing for
better overall activation and aiding in the pre-placement of the patch onto
the hat.

You need high quality patriotic flag patches. Cheap adhesive patches peel at the edges or look faded and cheap within weeks. And when you're honoring service, supporting first responders, or building your brand, mediocre patches aren't good enough.
