- Temperature Range: 280-300 F for heat press; high heat (cotton setting) for home iron
- Dwell Time: 20-30 seconds heat press; 60 seconds home iron
- Bond Strength: Permanent adhesive creates durable attachment to cotton, polyester, canvas, and blended fabrics
- Washing Durability: Survives 50+ home washes in cold water; professional heat press application extends longevity even further

• Bottom Platen Temp: MAX
• Dwell Time: 20-30 Seconds (start on lower end first)
• Pressure: Medium-High Pressure
Tips/Tricks: Press the bottom of the patch (adhesive side) against the top or bottom platen of the heat press (paper still attached to the adhesive) for 5-7 seconds. This will help activate the adhesive before pressing allowing for better overall activation and aiding in the pre-placement of the patch onto the hat.
Unbranded Dual-Heated Platen Hat Press:
• Top Platen Temp: 280-300 (Confirm temp with heat gun)
• Bottom Platen Temp: MAX
• Dwell Time: 20-30 Seconds (start on lower end first)
• Pressure: Medium-High Pressure
