Shipping & Tracking

How long will it take to get my order?

Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days, and many items are available for Same Day Shipping! Some may take 4 to 10 days if we are experiencing a delay on the product you ordered or for really large orders.

If you need your order for an event or a firm date, let us know - we'll work with you to choose the best shipping options and, if needed, a Rush Service to meet your deadline. More on Production Time. You can also just mention your deadline when ordering, and we'll review your order and work to meet or beat your deadline.

Can I ship to an international address?

Yes! You can order online and choose UPS Expedited, UPS Express or USPS Priority Mail or economy shipping options. UPS has the fastest delivery times and is most secure. We ship to Canada and all over the world!

Can I ship to an APO/FPO address?

Yes! You can order online or over the phone or email. We ship Priority Mail to APO/FPO addresses. Thank you for your service!

Rush Service

Do you need it tomorrow? Tomorrow we can do, with amazing fast rush service. Many of our items are available for same day, next day or 2 day shipping. Call for a quote, 1-877-365-2737 or contact us.

Can I split the order to multiple addresses?

Yes, we can ship your order to multiple locations. Just note this in the special instructions field. Or call us after placing your order, or write us at [email protected], and we will take care of everything. We can use your carrier or ours, a $5 per shipment fee applies. We also do fulfillment.

How do I track my order?

Please call or email us for your tracking number (only available if shipped UPS). You will also automatically be emailed your tracking number when your order ships (please add [email protected] to your Safe Senders list).

Personalization Questions

What is laser engraving?

Laser engraving is precise, elegant and permanent! Sometimes it has depth (laser engraving), sometimes it is smooth on the surface (laser etching or annealing). The term "laser engraving" is often used for other laser decoration methods.

Can I personalize each item and what does it cost?

Yes, we want your gifts to be perfect and will work with you to ensure the recipients are delighted. Generally, the cost is a Personalizing Fee of $0.80, depending on the item and the quantity. Just email the name list or put it in the Special Instructions box when ordering.

Please send your list of names in Plain Text format, one name per line, for example:
Name One
Name Two
Name Three

It is important to NOT include a 1. before each line or a comma after each line.

If you are personalizing your items AND matching up each unique engraving to a unique color, size, or other variant, the Personalizing Fee is $1.80 to $5 each.

Where do I enter my name list?

You can enter your list of names to engrave in the Special Instructions box online or email them to us after you place your order.

Please send your list of names in Plain Text format, one name per line, for example:
John Smith
Jane Doe
Jane Smith

What font styles can I choose?

We have a list of great font styles on our Fonts page. You can choose any font there, any font you have, or any font readily available to complement your logo or gift. If you have a custom font not listed, please send us the TTF file (PC based). If you want to use a font available on the internet, you need to download it and email us the TTF file.

Can I change the color of the laser engraving/etching?

Our state of the art laser systems permanently marks the surface of the item being engraved, causing either a vaporization of the surface, a deep mark, a light etch or a frosty look, depending on the item. Some items, like wood, can be color filled or color foiled.

How do I give more specific engraving instructions?

We make it as easy as possible: If ordering online, you can enter Special Instructions when you personalize the item, when you checkout, and you can email after you place your order. You can also call us at 1-877-365-2737.

How do I send you my logo or artwork to use?

You can just reply to the order confirmation and attach your art files. Learn more about sending us your art.

What is your character limit?

We do not have a character limit. We size your text to fit.

In general, the less text you provide, the larger the text size.

What will it look like?

If you want to know what your logo will look like before we engrave your order, just check the "REQUEST MOCKUP" button when checking out. We will email you a mockup so you can review, approve, or make changes. If you need to see a mockup before ordering for a bulk order, just email us for a pre-order mockup.

Can the engraving be in color?

Laser engraving cannot be in a specific color. Our state-of-the-art lasers interact with the surface of the material to create a permanent laser mark.

We also do printing on some items. If you need something specific, contact us, and we can get you a quote and let you know if it is possible. A copy of your logo would be helpful as well.

Is the ordering process secure?

What payments methods can I pay with?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and checks or PO's. To pay by check or PO, please contact us to ensure your account is set up and approved for payment terms with us.

I do not have a credit card, can I still place an order?

Yes, you can use PayPal to pay online, or you can pay by check (just choose Check as your payment method when you check out) and send your check to us after you receive your order confirmation. We will not begin production until we receive your payment.

How do I order online?

Just browse to the item you want, click Add to Cart and Personalize, enter your engraving instructions, and then you can View your Cart or click Checkout. You can enter your deadline during checkout. Then, you can email us your artwork or additional information.

I can't find an item on the website, can I order it?

Most likely, yes! We laser engrave on many items not on our website and have a vast network of high-quality items we can provide. Please email or call us with your needs, and we will see what we can do to meet them.

Can I change my order after I've placed it?

Yes, all changes must be in writing and if any work has been completed before the change you will be billed for completed items.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, we collect sales tax on orders being shipped to a variety of states, including Colorado.

If you are tax exempt and have a tax exemption certificate, follow these steps:

  1. Create an account, or if you already have an account, Edit your account information (Tax Exempt info is at the bottom of the form).
  2. Click YES, I am Tax Exempt, enter your exemption number, and upload your tax exempt form.
  3. We will review, and if approved, mark your account as tax exempt so you can order online. This is usually completed within a few hours during business hours, and we will email you to confirm.

(You can also order online now, and we'll adjust your order later if you want to get your order in faster to avoid delays.)

Do I have to create an account to order on the website?

No. Creating an account will allow you to view previous orders, View Wishlist items and make Reorders easier, but you do not have to create one to order online.

Can I order blank products?

Yes, all our products are available without engraving. Simply add the product to your cart, and do not enter any engraving information. For a bulk order, please call or email for blank pricing.

Do you send samples?

Yes, we send samples to qualifying companies. Please contact us to see if you qualify and what the prices will be.

Gift Message/Gift Wrap

Can I include a Gift Message?

Yes, you can include a Gift Message for the recipient when checking out. Just click "Checkout" or "Edit Cart" to see your options. We do not include prices in orders, so we can ship directly to the recipient for you.

Can I have my order Gift Wrapped?

Yes, we have gift wrapping options for most items. To see if your order qualifies, just add the item to your cart and review your basket for Gift Wrapping options. Gift wrapping is per order - not per item. To gift wrap more than 1 item, please place multiple orders for each item, or contact us after you order and request what you need. Often we can accommodate special gift wrapping needs.
