We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on many items! (standard shipping is only available to the lower 48; some items are not available with free shipping)

To find out how much shipping will cost, add your items to your cart, personalize them, and use the "Shipping Calculator" which will estimate your shipping cost before checkout. You can also call for a rate estimate at 1-877-365-2737 or email us.

If you have a deadline, please do not choose Standard Shipping - we cannot guarantee to meet deadlines using this option. Please choose UPS Ground or an expedited option if your deadline is within 5 days.

Our Global shipments are shipped via DHL Express, USPS or UPS, depending on cost and deadline dates. If you want to use your carrier, please provide us with account number and carrier. To see what our rates are, just add the items to your basket and use our Shipping Calculator, or call or e-mail us. We can only ship Priority Mail to APO/AE's.

We are equipped to handle fulfillment and drop shipping directly to the recipients.

Examples of drop shipping are shipping all 500 of your client appreciation gifts directly to their homes or businesses, with your packaging and literature inside. Or offering personalized goods directly to your employees, and then we drop ship directly to them when orders come through. Contact us for a quote, prices vary based on program and items interested in.

We can ship your orders directly to the gift recipients. We will not include any prices, only a packing slip that says who bought it, the address it was shipped to and our return address. Special gift message? Include your gift message in the Special Instructions when placing your order and we will include it on the packing slip. By default, no invoices or prices are included with orders.

Blank orders ship in 1 to 3 business days.

We can ship your order to multiple locations. Just note this in the special instructions field. Or call us after placing your order, or write us at [email protected], and we will take care of everything. We can use your carrier or ours, a $5 per shipment fee applies.

Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

Production time is listed on most of our items, and is usually same day to 4 days.

We ship most orders in a few hours to a few days! Some orders do take longer to produce, and one of our customer care team members will reach out if we need to make changes in order to get your order to you on time.

Enter your deadline when checking out and we will MEET IT or BEAT IT or contact you with changes if we need to upgrade!

Production time varies depending on the item you order and the quantity you order.

Many items ship SAME DAY or within a day or two.

Large orders may take a little longer depending on stock availability and the need for a digital mockup.

When you checkout - you will have the option of entering your deadline - and we will call you if we can't meet it. If you need your order for an event or a firm date, let us know - we'll work with you to choose the best shipping options and, if needed, a Rush Service to meet your deadline.

Delivery Guarantee: Lazer Designs, LLC will guarantee to ship your merchandise to arrive on or before your deadline (as long as you tell us your deadline when ordering)

Blank / Unimprinted orders: Blank orders ship within 24 hours.

Most of our orders ship within 1 to 4 days, even large quantities! Rush same day, next day or 2nd day service is available!

Call us to make sure! We can ship the same day or next day on most orders if needed.

We stand behind our items and your satisfaction. Merchandise found to be incorrect or defective due to Lazer Designs error will be replaced or rectified at no additional cost. All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Lazer Designs.
