Production Time: Most engraved orders, for average quantities, are produced anywhere from 1 to 5 business days. Some products/orders will require longer lead times, 5 to 15 days depending on size of order and stock availability. If deadline delivery is required, please clearly mark in hands date along with exact ship method on all orders. Rush charges may apply. Contact us for final quote. Production time starts after approval of final PO, receipt of workable artwork, written proof approval (if applicable) and credit clearance. Contact for production time of large quantity orders. All orders are subject to availability.
Rush Service available from same day to 3 day production.
Acceptance of Orders: All orders will be accepted based on standard terms and production times. Any deviation from stated terms will need to be pre-authorized. A first proof will be provided at no charge.
Cancellation Charges: Sometimes we are able to cancel an order before any work has begun with no problems. Please reply to your order confirmation ASAP and ensure order# is in the subject line. We will reply via email to confirm. Sometimes, $25 plus cost of all work in progress up to that point, plus 10% to 20% restocking fee may apply. May also apply to color or item changes.
Changes to order: All changes must be made in writing (reply to your order confirmation email ASAP and ensure order# is in subject of email) and depending on order progress you will be billed for what has already been engraved.
Personalization: Subject to $1.00 to $0.60 running charge, depending on item and quantity. Lists should be provided in excel, word or plain text format. No additional cost for personalization on awards. Matching up multiple variables is a higher charge (eg, different names to different colors or different names to different logos).
Overruns/Underruns: Due to the nature of custom printing, we reserve the right to ship 5% over or under the amount ordered and bill accordingly.
Payment Terms: Standard terms for new accounts is Prepaid. Alternatively, 50% deposit or payment terms with approval, contact us for credit application. We accept Visa, MC, Amex, Discover, Paypal, Apple Pay, PO, check. Established accounts will be given Terms on a case-by-case basis. Finance charge of 1 ½% will accrue for past due balances.
Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are USD and FOB Broomfield, CO. Custom Quotes: As a manufacturer, we are able to modify existing products to create new ones. Call for quotes.
Proofs: Proofs are provided for orders over $250 or that need a mockup to confirm engraving. Production time starts after requested / required proof approval has been received by LazerDesigns. To request a proof on your order, just check the "REQUEST MOCKUP" when ordering on the basket page.
Pre-Production Sample/Proof: Available with confirmed orders for cost of item plus cost of freight. Add 1-5 days to production time. Spec Samples available at price of item + freight cost. Shipping 3rd party is available. Random samples and blank samples also available.
Preorder Mockups: Preorder mockups/virtuals are available upon request. Email your request with item name, #, color, and all engraving info. Complicated art may require order in place or make ready fee.
Returns: Merchandise found to be incorrect or defective due to Lazer Designs error will be replaced or rectified at no additional cost. All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Lazer Designs.
Claims: All claims regarding damaged or missing boxes should be made with carrier. All claims must be made within 30 days of shipment. All shipments are shipped FOB our facility in Broomfield, CO. Customer assumes responsibility for shipment after it leaves our facility. Insurance is available at customer request.
Guarantee/Warranty: If you are not completely satisfied with your promotional product purchase, we will replace, credit, or refund your order (may require return of goods). We will warrant the quality and performance of all products to the direct purchaser only. The product warranty is limited to the quality, performance, and defects of any product. Any product supplied by us is not for use by children or animals. In the event where our product is defective in material or workmanship, the product will be replaced or refunded under our sole discretion. Any such claims must be made to us in writing within 15 days of shipment date. Our liability is limited to the invoice amount only.
Right to Promotion: Unless specified in writing at time of order is placed, we reserve the right to use any item we produce for display and promotion.
Logos Displayed: Logos or trademarks displayed on products in our catalog and in this website are solely for the purpose of showing imprinting capabilities on these products. They are not intended to reflect or imply endorsement of the products by the companies the logos or trademarks represent and are not available for sale to anyone other than the parties expressly authorized by the owner of such design.
Setup Charges: Because of our efficient processes and systems, Lazer Designs does not need to charge setup fees in most cases. Any custom, new or customer supplied item will be charged a minimum of $25 setup fee.
Shipping: Orders are shipped FOB Colorado. Customer assumes responsibility for shipment after it leaves our facility. Shipping cost is billed and added to invoice. Orders are normally sent UPS Ground, unless otherwise noted. Insurance is available at customer request.
Split Shipments: When the total order is shipped at one time to multiple destinations, a $5 charge will be added for each destination after the first. Int’l shipments add $20 per location after first.
3rd Party Shipping: UPS 3rd party is available for no charge. Fedex 3rd party is available as well.
Foreign Shipments: We can provide goods FOB our location. We prefer shipment by UPS Expedited. Receiver is responsible for all taxes, duties and additional freight charges. We can use your carrier/freight forwarder. Contact us for details.
Trademarks & Copyrights: IN ORDER TO USE A DESIGN, YOU MUST HOLD THE NECESSARY LICENSING AND COPYRIGHT TITLES. It is assumed by factory that artwork submitted for engraving is being used in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding its usage. Customer agrees to assume any liability resulting from claims against us for service marks, infringements of trademarks, copyrights, patents and personal rights. Customers will assume complete responsibility to obtain permission for reproduction of logos, trademarks, patents & copyrights. By agreeing to print any submitted artwork, Lazer Designs will not be held liable under any circumstances.
Artwork: Please see artwork specifications for detailed info. Artwork should be submitted in vector format for best results (.eps, .ai, .cdr), in addition 300dpi black and white .jpg or .tiff are sometimes workable.
Product Disclaimer: Colors may vary product to product and order to order. Carabiners are not for load bearing purposes or climbing.
Personalized Lazer Designs, LLC, is subject to approval or disapproval of any order and can, at its discretion, cancel any order it deems to fall under any of the categories below: Containing profanity, vulgarity of any sort, nudity, inappropriate, crude, either real or implied. Lazer Designs is the sole decision maker on what is and is not vulgar and what will constitute a canceled order.
