With temps set between 113 F - 149 F and the included spill-resistant lid on you can expect 3.5 - 7 hours, whereas if the lid is off you can plan for a maximum of 4 hours.

Is this dishwasher and microwave safe?
NO. Never microwave this Kepwam mug as it contains electronic components and metals that can cause fire or permanent damage.
This mug is Not dishwasher safe. Hand wash only with mild soap and water. The charging coaster can be wiped clean but should not be submerged.

Is there a minimum order?
No minimum order! Small fulfillment gift projects are handled a little different on the backend, but we keep it easy for you whether you have 5 gifts to send or 5,000. If you have less than 6 or 12, you can order online, one at a time, and change ship to address when checking out. You can also email us and we can put orders in. For more than 12, you can email us and one of our Gift Advisors will walk you through proces
Can you personalize each individual item and send to recipient, for example with last names?
Yes, we can personalize the gift item with a last name or specific engraving. For personalized drop shipping there is small additional cost.
