After many years of use, or if harsh scrubbers are used, the engraving can fade over time as the cast iron surface changes.

What is included in the pre-seasoning of the personalized cast iron skillet?
Yes, Lodge cast iron skillets are pre-seasoned, meaning they have a factory-applied layer of oil that is baked on to create a non-stick surface. This allows you to use the skillet right out of the box without needing to season it further. However, some users prefer to add additional seasoning layers for even better non-stick performance.
Lodge uses 100% vegetable oil, which is baked on to create the layer that protects the iron from rust.
How long does it take to receive my customized cast iron skillet after ordering?
We ship most orders the same day you order! If you need a proof or if your order is larger, we ship within a few days. If you have a deadline or event, make sure to mention that when checking out, and choose Expedited Shipping if you need to to ensure on time delivery.

Yes, we can! You can print it, or we can. It can be basic or full color. As long as it is generic (not addressed to person by name) and fits in box, this is easy and low cost. We can also apply full color stickers to outside of box, or create custom packaging

Is there a minimum order?
No minimum order! Small fulfillment gift projects are handled a little different on the backend, but we keep it easy for you whether you have 5 gifts to send or 5,000. If you have less than 6 or 12, you can order online, one at a time, and change ship to address when checking out. You can also email us and we can put orders in. For more than 12, you can email us and one of our Gift Advisors will walk you through proces
Can you personalize each individual item and send to recipient, for example with last names?
Yes, we can personalize the gift item with a last name or specific engraving. For personalized drop shipping there is small additional cost.
