The Port Authority Women's Collective Insulated Jacket combines a 100% polyester woven quilted shell with polyfill insulation and flexible soft shell side panels.
Low-bulk quilted insulation and stretch side panels give it a weather-resistant look, and a slightly longer length with a tulip hem adds shape. It can be zipped in and secured by snap attachments inside an outer Collective layer.
