The Port Authority Women's Collective Outer Shell Jacket is a fully seam-sealed 100% polyester shell with a DWR finish, rated 8000MM waterproof and 3000G/M2 breathable.
It is a weatherproof outer layer into which other Collective styles can be zipped and secured by snap attachments. A slightly longer length, storm flaps inside and out, and hidden front pockets give the Collective line a polished look.
