The Port Authority Women's Vortex Waterproof 3-in-1 Jacket has a fully seam-sealed, waterproof 100% polyester shell and a 100% nylon zip-in inner jacket with 3-ounce polyfill.
The shell is rated 3000MM waterproof and 3000G/M2 breathable, and the polyfilled inner jacket can be worn on its own or zipped in for added warmth. A detachable hood, full-length interior storm flap, chin guard and contrast zippered chest and sleeve pockets give the jacket plenty of working features, and the Port Pocket keeps decoration access simple. Tab cuffs close with hook and loop.
