The Port Authority Collective Tech Soft Shell Jacket is a 100% polyester knit shell with a DWR finish, bonded to a water-resistant film insert and a 100% polyester brushed grid-texture microfleece lining.
Technical details include reflective welding tape, matte waterproof zippers and a tactile grid texture. The DWR finish and a 5,000mm waterproof rating work with the film insert to resist wind and rain.
