The Port Authority Collective Outer Soft Shell Parka is a 94/6 polyester/spandex woven mini ripstop shell bonded to a water-repellent, breathable film insert, with a 100% polyester brushed tricot lining.
It is the weatherproof outer layer into which other Collective styles can be zipped and secured by snap attachments, creating a 3-in-1 system. With an 8,000mm waterproof rating and 5,000 g/m² breathability rating, a hood and full storm flaps, it handles serious weather.
