The Port Authority 5-Panel Twill Foam Trucker Cap is a structured, high-profile cap with a front panel of 100% cotton twill bonded to polyester foam and 100% polyester mesh mid and back panels. It closes with a 7-position adjustable snap.
Bonding twill to foam gives the front a firm, upright face that holds its shape, and with only five panels there is no center seam across the logo area. That tall, smooth surface suits large embroidery and stacked designs. The mesh keeps the rest of the crown vented.
