The Richardson 112PL, also called the 112+, is a structured mid-profile trucker with a 60/40 cotton/polyester front and a 95/5 polyester/spandex stretch mesh back. It closes with an R-Flex adjustable snapback, has a precurved bill and uses a Comfort Stretch sweatband.
The stretch mesh and soft band are aimed at people who find a regular snapback awkward to wear, which matters when a whole staff has to wear the same cap. The structured cotton/poly front still gives embroidery and patches a firm base.
