How is pricing determined for custom stencils?	Stencil pricing is based on size. Please refer to the pricing chart below the order form for a full breakdown.
What types of custom stencils do you offer?	We create custom letter stencils, number stencils, sign stencils, and fully personalized designs including logos, graphics, and text.
What material are your stencils made of?	Our stencils are made from Mylar, adhesive backed mylar, magnetic, and metal.
How long do these stencils last?	With proper care and cleaning, our Mylar stencils can last for years and withstand dozens or more uses.
Are your stencils reusable? How should I clean them?	Yes! These stencils are fully reusable. Learn more about cleaning your stencils here.
How precise are your stencil cuts?	All stencils are laser-cut with high precision for clean lines and professional results—ideal for spray painting and roll-on applications.
Can I get a proof of my design before production?	Yes, we send a complimentary digital mockup of your stencil design for your approval after your order is placed.
What surfaces are these stencils suitable for?	Our stencils are great for most surfaces. Including decorative concrete, stucco, EIFS, ICF, and other textured or vertical surfaces. We recommend using spray adhesive or ordering adhesive-backed stencils for vertical applications.
Can I upload my own design or logo?	Yes! Simply upload your artwork or provide a link to an image, and we’ll turn it into a stencil. We can even custom cut stock designs in addition to logos or text.
Is there a recommended border or edge size?	We typically add a 2-inch overspray border around your design. For example, if your cutout is 5″, the full stencil will measure 7″.
What is the maximum size you can cut in one Mylar stencil sheet?	The maximum mylar single-sheet stencil size is 24×36 inches. Larger stencils will be split into manageable pieces. We’ll take care of this and adjust your order accordingly.
What’s the minimum and recommended bridge width for stencils?	Minimum bridge/gap width: 0.025” (0.6 mm) Recommended bridge width: 0.05” (1.27 mm)
