Personalized Lazer Designs, LLC, is subject to approval or disapproval of any order and can, at its discretion, cancel any order it deems to fall under any of the categories below.

LazerDesigns.com, LLC will not engrave profanity, vulgarity of any sort, either real or implied. LazerDesigns.com is the sole decision maker on what is and is not obscene and what will constitute a canceled order. LazerDesigns.com may refuse to engrave or etch any combination of letters or numbers that carry connotations offensive to good taste and decency or are misleading.

Orders cannot be canceled after they have entered production. Canceled orders will be billed for all work completed. Orders canceled after placing the order, but before production, are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Your Personal information will not be sold or given to others and will not result in spam
Your credit card will only be billed for the order you authorize, in the amount you authorize. If we need to charge you more than shows up on your receipt, we will contact you first.
We will ship your products as soon as we can. You will be e-mailed once your order ships.
Your online receipt will show you the amount we will charge your card. If we need to adjust shipping charges, we will contact you before we process your order.
