By submitting a design, graphic, logo or text to Personalized Lazer Designs, LLC (www.LazerDesigns.com) for engraving, you warrant and represent you are the sole owner of those designs, logos, trademark, copyrights, photos, text, or graphics and have proper authority to use them.

You agree that you are responsible for any engraving that LazerDesigns.com provides for you. Further, you agree to hold LazerDesigns.com harmless from any suits, claims, costs or fees brought against you for use of a trademarked or copyrighted design.

Any items shown on this site containing logos, trademarks or copyrights are shown only to illustrate LazerDesigns.com logo reproduction abilities. Purchasing from LazerDesigns.com does not grant you permission to reproduce logos.
