Return policy

Lazer Designs stands behind our items 100%. If you are not satisfied with your goods, please contact us: toll free, 877-365-2737 (or 303-920-0879) or e-mail customer service at info@lazerdesigns.com.

Merchandise found to be incorrect or defective due to Lazer Designs error will be replaced or rectified at no additional cost. All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Lazer Designs.

We pay the postage to mail the item back to us - there is no cost to you if you need to return item(s). (We must approve the return first, and goods must be shipped back on a pre-approved UPS return label or we will not be liable for freight charges - we will mail or email this label to you).

All our items are backed by a 30 day money back guarantee, and a 1 year workmanship guarantee. If you don't like the item, return it for an exchange or refund and if the item breaks or is defective, return it within 1 year for a replacement.

If you would like to place an order for a different item in exchange, this can usually be arranged.

* In most cases, refunds will require merchandise return. A refund will be posted to your account after inspection of merchandise.

We recommend a proof on all orders of more than 12. Proofs are sent no charge for orders of over 250 items.

If you do not request a proof, we cannot be responsible if the item does not turn out how you like. Paper proofs / spec samples will be provided upon request. Proofs are considered final and orders that are run exactly how they are approved cannot be refunded - orders that are engraved different from proofs will be replaced or rectified at no additional cost.
