With my initials and clipart laser etched onto it (see photo) when I misplaced it, it would always turn up eventually.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1234\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1234\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lazerdesigns.com\/buck-nobleman\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1234\" title=\"Buck Nobleman Engraved\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lazerdesigns.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/IMG_2163-300x168.jpg\" alt=\"Engraved Buck Nobleman\" width=\"300\" height=\"168\"><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1234\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Engraved Buck Nobleman<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Things I like about the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lazerdesigns.com\/buck-nobleman\">Buck Nobleman<\/a> as an every day carry pocket knife:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The blade keeps an edge fairly well.<\/li>\n<li>It slides in and out of pocket easy, nothing catches.<\/li>\n<li>Small enough it does not bulge and I can still fit my hand in pocket around it to get at bluetooth earpiece.<\/li>\n<li>Easy one hand open and close with thumb notch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>But after seeing a customer order the Buck Redpoint, I started to reconsider. Things I like about the Buck Redpoint as an every day carry pocket knife:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Serrated blade! <\/strong>Part smooth, part serrated. <em>This was the main reason<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Fits in pocket with room to fit my hand &#8211; though not quite as much room as the Nobleman allowed<\/li>\n<li>Includes Buck Knives&#8217; &#8220;safespin opening&#8221; technology &#8211; pretty cool, easy open<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Plus, the Redpoint has nice big area to laser on its super sharp blade!<br \/>\nWhat is your favorite knife to carry or use and why? Is yours personalized?<br \/>\nUpdate 4\/26\/2012: I still carry the Buck Nobleman sometimes, when I want a sleeker, thinner and different styled knife.
