We realize customizing your awards is difficult online, so we've tried to make it as easy as possible. If you have special layout requirements, they are no problem for us - you can e-mail us your layout file before or after you place your order, or note your requirements in the Special Instructions box. A design expert will review your order and contact you with any questions before we proceed. You will also be e-mailed a digital mockup of what your engraving will look like.

Fonts may look different when laser engraved. On most items, the largest text can get is 10-16pt. On larger items (ie, pen sets or awards) font size can be larger. When possible, we generally recommend bolding the font.
