Shipping and Returns

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on many items! (standard shipping is only available to the lower 48; we reserve the right to refuse free shipping at any time, some items are not available with free shipping)

If you have a deadline, please do not choose Standard Shipping or Flat Rate Shipping - we cannot guarantee to meet deadlines using this option. Please choose UPS Ground or an expedited option if your deadline is within 5 days (next day air for within 3 days).

Gift Orders/Blind Orders

We can ship your orders directly to the gift recipients. We will not include any prices, only a packing slip that says who bought it, the address it was shipped to and our return address. Special gift message? Include your gift message in the Special Instructions when placing your order and we will include it on packing slip. By default, no invoices or prices are included with orders.

Blank / Unimprinted orders

Blank orders ship in 1 to 3 business days.

Split Shipments

We can ship your order to multiple locations. Just note this in the special instructions field. Or call us after placing your order, or write us at info@lazerdesigns.com, and we will take care of everything. We can use your carrier or ours, a $5 per shipment fee applies.

International Shipments

Our Global shipments are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on cost and deadline dates. If you want to use your carrier, please provide us with account number and carrier. To see what our rates are, just add the items to your basket and use our Shipping Calculator, or call or e-mail us. We can only ship Priority Mail to APO/AE's.

Return Policy

Lazer Designs stands behind our items 100%. If you are not satisfied with your goods, please contact us: toll free, 877-365-2737 (or 303-920-0879) or e-mail customer service at info@lazerdesigns.com.

Merchandise found to be incorrect or defective due to Lazer Designs error will be replaced or rectified at no additional cost. All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Lazer Designs.

We pay the postage to mail the item back to us - there is no cost to you if you need to return item(s). (We must approve the return first, and goods must be shipped back on a pre-approved UPS return label or we will not be liable for freight charges - we will mail or email this label to you).

All our items are backed by a 30 day money back guarantee, and a 1 year workmanship guarantee. If you don't like the item, return it for an exchange or refund and if the item breaks or is defective, return it within 1 year for a replacement.

If you would like to place an order for a different item in exchange, this can usually be arranged.

* In most cases, refunds will require merchandise return. A refund will be posted to your account after inspection of merchandise.

We recommend a proof on all orders of more than 12. Proofs are sent no charge for orders of over 250 items.

If you do not request a proof, we cannot be responsible if the item does not turn out how you like. Paper proofs / spec samples will be provided upon request. Proofs are considered final and orders that are run exactly how they are approved cannot be refunded - orders that are engraved different from proofs will be replaced or rectified at no additional cost.
