Corporate Engraved Awards Help

We provide digital mockups of all awards before we engrave them so you can approve the layout looks exactly right!

When ordering...

Do you have information that will be the same on each award? Enter it on the lines provided.

If you have engraving that will be different, such as different names on each award, then simply enter that in the Special Instructions provided. You can also e-mail that to us at info@lazerdesigns.com.

We accept your layout in the following formats: .doc, .xls, .pdf, .eps, .ppt, .txt, .cdr

The preferred formats for uploading an engraving layout are: .DOC, .PPT, .PDF, or .EPS

The preferred formats for uploading an engraving list of names are: .DOC, .XLS, or .TXT

Sports Logos

Any of the corporate or sports awards may be engraved with a logo for that particular sport (i.e.: a baseball on baseball awards, a basketball on basketball awards). This is most common on coaches gifts. If you would like a sports logo to be engraved on an award, please indicate that in the Special Instructions section of your order.
