The main difference in the Skeletool CX and the Skeletool is the Skeletool CX has a 154CM Stainless Steel Clip Point knife blade and carbon fiber handle scales, while the Skeletool has a combo 154CM stainless steel straight/serrated knife blade and no handle scales. On both tools, the nylon sheath is optional.
