Nice product over all. Customer service? Well it rook a couple of emails to actually get the answers i was looking for but they were prompt and persistent until I was satisfied. The tin gift box is a total waste of money. Really cheap. I had to bend it to get it to close. Probably should have purchased the diamond sharpener instead of the firesteel. or even the handcuff key would have been unique. I would recomend this company anyway. The knife came quickly and as ordered so its my fault. You can barely see the engraving on the black blade. Should have got the silver one. Its always a gamble ordering online when you cant see it in person. Hopefully the gift will go over well. 3 stars. kinda pricey for the knife but free engraving is kinda cool as a gift idea.
